In addition via the use of our software’s self healing function, our remote monitoring software can be alerted to an issue and fix the issue automatically without user intervention thus preventing downtime to your operations.

The Remote Operations Centre is available to our customers either as a monitoring and alerting facility where alerts are automatically passed directly to your IT Support teams for remedial action or alerts can be actioned by our Remote Operations Engineers to ensure minimal downtime to your operations.

The Operations Centre is UK based (Central Scotland) but has the ability to monitor and control your systems wherever they are located.
