Most desktops, and thin clients, from the primary manufacturers today come with a 3 Year warranty and a variety of service levels. Such warranties can be enhanced or extended at the time of purchase. The service is then delivered though a series of subcontractors with no direct commitment to you the buyer.

Dacoll offer a full range of maintenance options for your whole estate and build in meaningfull Service Level Agreements with remote hardware monitoring, management and application monitoring as required. These central, Zero Touch services, ensure your users enjoy fully maintained systems and available to your business. Our field engineers are all security cleared to simply access and control your escort costs.

Our Remote Operation Centre is manned 365 X 24 and reduces down time by identifying components that are running out of specification. Our operator then despatches an engineer with the replacement part to site at a time most suited to the customer and their users. This feature has two primary benefits in that faults are corrected mainly outside of core business time and costs are reduced.

Our ROC system can manage both physical and virtual machines maximising system availabilty and user production.

Sweat your assets: In todays economic conditions Dacoll can extend the life of your systems beyond the manufacturer's policy. We offer full service SLA contracts on most systems and are currently supporting desktop up to 8 years old improving your return on investment.

Reporting: Dacoll's Service Delivery Manager will provide full performance and trend reporting which will ensure that your estate is performing to it's maximum capability.
