Cost effective IT support for Highland GPs'. Dacoll win competition to provide IT Managed Service for all GP Practices and Branch Surgeries within NHS Highlands under a contract stretching to 2019. Dacoll provide a central Help Desk as a single point of user contact for all IT related calls. Our Help Desk manages all calls through to completion which includes managing all 3rd parties.
Remote support provision is provided utilising Microsoft SCCM over our N3 connection. Dacoll also provides a dedicated on site resource for fault resolution and general IT requests. All faults (hardware, software, application etc) dealt within specific SLAs. Other work includes IMACs, AV management, preventative maintenance and projects.
